根據(jù)學(xué)校校歷安排，現(xiàn)將2026年元旦及寒假放假有關(guān)事項通知如下：

According to the university calendar, the relevant arrangements for the 2026 New Year's Day and winter vacation are hereby notified as follows:

一、元旦放假時間

I. New Year's Day Holiday Schedule

2026年1月1日（星期四）至1月4日（星期日）放假，共4天。無需調(diào)休補(bǔ)課。

The holiday will be from January 1 (Thursday) to January 4 (Sunday), 2026, for a total of 4 days. No make-up classes are required.

二、寒假時間安排

II. Winter Vacation Schedule

學(xué)生放假時間：2026年1月19日（星期一）至2月26日（星期四）

Student Holiday Period: From January 19 (Monday) to February 26 (Thursday), 2026

報到注冊時間：2026年2月27日（星期五）

Registration Date: February 27 (Friday), 2026

正式上課時間：2026年3月2日（星期一）

Class Commencement Date: March 2 (Monday), 2026

1.安全防范（請務(wù)必仔細(xì)閱讀）：

1. Safety Precautions (Please Read Carefully):

防火防電：離開宿舍前，請務(wù)必關(guān)閉所有電源開關(guān)，拔掉電器插頭，不私拉亂接電線。切勿在宿舍使用明火或違規(guī)大功率電器。留校同學(xué)需嚴(yán)格遵守宿舍用電管理規(guī)定。

Fire and Electrical Safety: Before leaving the dormitory, please ensure all power switches are turned off and electrical plugs are unplugged. Do not privately connect wires or tamper with electrical installations. Strictly refrain from using open flames or prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Students staying on campus must strictly comply with dormitory electricity management regulations.

防盜：離校時鎖好門窗，妥善保管現(xiàn)金、筆記本電腦等貴重物品。外出時提高警惕，保管好隨身財物，切勿將貴重物品隨意放置。

Theft Prevention: When leaving campus, lock all doors and windows properly and securely store valuables such as cash and laptops. When going out, remain vigilant, keep personal belongings safe, and never leave valuables unattended.

防電信詐騙：高度警惕各類詐騙信息（電話、短信、網(wǎng)絡(luò)），絕不向陌生人透露個人銀行賬號、密碼或進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)賬。學(xué)校不會通過任何電話或網(wǎng)絡(luò)形式索要財務(wù)信息，請通過官方渠道核實任何可疑信息。如遇到詐騙，請立即向?qū)W校和警方報告。

Anti-Telecom Fraud: Be highly vigilant against all forms of fraudulent information (calls, text messages, internet). Never disclose personal bank account details, passwords, or transfer money to strangers. The university will never request financial information via phone or online. Please verify any suspicious information through official channels. If you encounter fraud, report it to the university and police immediately.

計劃出行者請?zhí)崆案嬷o導(dǎo)員或班主任行程安排，注意交通、財產(chǎn)及人身安全，遵守中國法律法規(guī)。

Students planning to travel should inform their counselor or class advisor of their itinerary in advance. Pay attention to traffic, property, and personal safety, and comply with Chinese laws and regulations.

注意交通安全；注意食品安全；預(yù)防流行性疾病；謹(jǐn)防電信詐騙；嚴(yán)防極端災(zāi)害天氣。

Pay attention to traffic safety; Pay attention to food safety; Prevent epidemic diseases; Beware of telecom fraud; Guard against extreme weather disasters.

嚴(yán)防溺水、火災(zāi)和人員踩踏；避開景點(diǎn)人流高峰，遵守公共秩序，確保旅途人身財產(chǎn)安全。

Strictly prevent drowning, fires, and stampedes; Avoid peak tourist crowds, observe public order, and ensure personal and property safety during travel.

3.留校安全：

3. On-Campus Safety:

寒假期間留校學(xué)生需提前向宿舍管理部門登記。離校學(xué)生請關(guān)閉水電設(shè)施，做好宿舍安全檢查。

Students staying on campus during winter vacation must register with the dormitory management department in advance. Students leaving campus should turn off water and electricity facilities and conduct a thorough safety check of their dormitory.

嚴(yán)禁在室內(nèi)吸煙和使用明火；嚴(yán)禁將電動車、電池拿到室內(nèi)存放、充電；嚴(yán)禁堵塞樓內(nèi)消防通道。

Strictly prohibit smoking and using open flames indoors; Strictly prohibit bringing electric vehicles or batteries indoors for storage or charging; Strictly prohibit blocking fire exits in buildings.

做到安全用電、人走斷電；看管好個人物品。

Ensure safe electricity use and turn off power when leaving; Take good care of personal belongings.

4.簽證與居留許可：

4. Visa and Residence Permit:

請假期留華或返校的外籍學(xué)生提前檢查護(hù)照、簽證或居留許可有效期，確保相關(guān)證件在假期期間有效。International students remaining in or returning to China during the holiday should check the validity of their passports, visas, or residence permits in advance to ensure these documents remain valid throughout the vacation period.

5.健康防護(hù)：

5. Health Protection:

冬季流感等呼吸道疾病高發(fā)，請注意個人防護(hù)，保持健康飲食作息。如有身體不適，及時就醫(yī)。

Winter is a high-incidence season for influenza and other respiratory diseases. Please pay attention to personal protection and maintain healthy eating and sleeping habits. Seek medical attention promptly if feeling unwell.
